Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Trimark People Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in presentation software, electronic mail, and spreadsheet software.
