Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Sales Representative to join our team at Trimark People Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and effective communication.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, using your skills and knowledge to overcome objections and achieve sales targets
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
