Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
