Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations Specialist to join our team at ONroute. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and point of sale systems.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
- 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
