Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns and ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
- Permanent Work Term: Yes.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
