Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations: Implement operational procedures, manage inventory, and maintain health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a physically demanding role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
