Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Subway Sandwiches and Salads, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Overtime required.
