Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Nationwide Life Insurance Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring the accuracy of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Verify the accuracy of work and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
