Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Argos Pet Ranch. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
