Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and supervisory experience. They will be able to work in a noisy environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
