Fortier Auto is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and submit claims reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor and track work-in-progress (WIP) according to company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with the Serti system
- Bilingual
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm
- Friday, 7am to 1:30pm
- Flexible schedule
