Business Development and Administrative Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are offering an exciting Co-op opportunity for a highly motivated individual who will assist in lead generation, client outreach, and support sales teams with data analysis and reporting. You will also help with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as perform general administrative tasks.
You will work alongside multiple departments to gain a holistic understanding of how a successful business operates and collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process improvements that will sharpen your organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
This is a non-paid co-op opportunity. The estimated salary range for this role in Brampton, ON would be approximately $20-$25 per hour based on national averages.
