About the Role:
The Seasonal Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build a genuine connection with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to exceed their expectations.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve sales goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing, well-merchandised, and meet company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards of operational excellence, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Results-Oriented Sales Professional: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a retail environment.
