Sales and Service Representative

About the Role:
The Seasonal Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build a genuine connection with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to exceed their expectations.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve sales goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pandora's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Contribute to a Positive Store Environment: Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards, ensure a smooth and on-brand operation, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required to support the success of the store and the company.
Requirements:
- Results-Oriented Sales Professional: Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Pandora's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Age 18 or Older: Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
