Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Pandora team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure individual and store performance goals are met.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and store operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, preferably in retail or sales.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point of sale systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
