About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Industrial Chemicals division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned corporate accounts.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through strategic prospecting.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Customer Support: Facilitate communication between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on sales progress, account activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of chemical products, processes, and industry regulations; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
