We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Cullerton Group in Burlington, ON. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $80K–$90K CAD, plus full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead dosing projects for chemical metering systems, specifically designed for industrial cooling water applications (e.g., cooling towers, chillers).
- Design, oversee, and coordinate the manufacturing of containerized chemical dosing systems.
- Engage in technical conversations with client engineers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Interpret and work from detailed project specifications to guide the engineering and execution of dosing systems.
- Provide hands-on project management, requiring a deep technical understanding of the systems being developed.
- Work closely with clients in industries such as food & beverage, automotive, and steel mills to ensure successful project delivery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical metering systems, dosing projects, or similar technical engineering roles.
- Strong background in both chemical and mechanical engineering, with experience in system design and integration.
- Ability to interpret detailed project specifications and communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical project leads.
- Proficient in CAD for system design.
- Comfortable with in-person work, including hands-on involvement with projects and frequent onsite presence (3 days per week).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- This is a hands-on, technical role that requires strong project management skills, specifically for dosing and chemical metering systems.
- Flexibility with salary depending on experience and expertise.
- Travel requirements are minimal, with potential for some remote work flexibility.
