">We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day billing and cash posting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the primary billing process and ensure daily invoicing;">
- Create bad debt lists and prepare accounts for outside collections;">
- Respond to inquiries from collection agencies;">
- Process Veterans Affairs invoices for payment;">
- Review and post billing and payment batches as needed;">
- Take escalated calls and provide exceptional customer service;">
- Support the Billing Manager as required;">
- Analyze monies received and prepare reports;">
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding invoicing and payments;">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or related field;">
- A minimum of three years' experience in cash handling with a focus on individual accounts;">
- Excellent knowledge of cash management principles and procedures;">
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;">
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding turn-around times;">
- Experience in conflict resolution and customer service;">
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet software;">
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for this role;">
Compensation Package:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
