Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Mariposa Dairy Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss opportunities for growth, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support for assigned accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify potential growth opportunities and anticipate challenges in the market.
- Prepare detailed account performance reports to highlight key metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
- Lead contract negotiations and discussions on terms and pricing to ensure mutual benefits for both our company and our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in the dairy or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering exceptional results in terms of client retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex contract discussions and agreements.
- Knowledge of the Canadian industry, market trends, and competitive landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Passport, ability to travel internationally as required.
