Job Title: Sales, Key Account Manager

Mariposa Dairy Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales, Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the development and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, discuss opportunities for growth, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, listing gaps, and incremental promotional activity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify potential growth opportunities and anticipate challenges in the market.
  • Prepare detailed account performance reports, highlighting key metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in the dairy or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering exceptional results in terms of client retention and revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex contract discussions and agreements.
