Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NS LTD.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including office and volunteer staff.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including implementing price and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Analytical, efficient, energetic, goal-oriented, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
