Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NS LTD.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine product offerings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Supervision and Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve performance.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Analytical, efficient, energetic, goal-oriented, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
Working Conditions: 32.5 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and a fast-paced environment.
