Store Manager

NS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and plan budgets.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, conduct performance reviews, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Regularly required to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 32.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
