Store Manager

NS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine product offerings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
