Store Manager

NS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail business.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Implement price and credit policies
- Develop and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
