About the Role

Aecon Utilities is committed to delivering projects faster, smarter, and safer. We're looking for a Resource Planner to join our team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the top public services provider in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, update, and maintain technician schedules.
  • Participate in technician onboarding procedures.
  • Provide administrative and office support with speed and accuracy.
  • Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities by supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in administration and resource planning is an asset.
  • Good phone etiquette and experience in resource planning are assets.
