About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner Supervisor to join our team at Ardent Mills. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with maintenance managers and operations teams to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and technical service providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven knowledge of maintenance processes, activities, and maintenance management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed and work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
