About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Resource Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization and development of our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our resource planning process and tools, including analyzing the optimization of resources and scheduling and controlling bookings for our assurance offices in Quebec.
  • Liaise with the management team to coordinate bookings and optimize resource management processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative resource planning tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Group Leaders and Business Managers to coordinate sharing of resources between offices and analyze business needs.
  • Update the system with new hires and follow up with People Leaders to assign Performance Managers and Coaches.
  • Maintain employee lists, track vacation days and sick leaves, and coordinate study leaves for employees completing their CPA.
  • Collaborate with other Resource Planners and support audit partners with administrative tasks as needed.
