Promotional Products Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Promotional Products Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing large international clients, monitoring demand, and analyzing inventory data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the President to service large international clients, including Samsung, Manulife, Beacon Roofing, LG Electronics, and Centimark.
- Monitor demand and analyze inventory data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
- Prepare quotations and presentations for clients both virtually and in-person.
- Handle inside sales responsibilities, including responding to customer inquiries and maintaining good relationships with customers, vendors, and logistics.
- Place orders for various products and follow up to ensure deliverables are met.
- Maintain effective and accurate storage of data, both electronic and physical filing.
- University degree or College diploma in Business (or related) is an asset.
- 3 years of promotional marketing, print industry, ad agency, or graphics experience is required.
- 13 years of related account management or customer service experience is important.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of the English language is a must.
- Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Sales and customer service minded with great energy.
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities.
- Small but quickly growing company with strong leadership.
