Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a full-time contract position that offers a competitive salary range of $41.35-$48.70 per hour.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to assess, identify, and treat communication difficulties in children. This may involve working with children who have complex profiles of needs and delivering an interdisciplinary approach to care in outreach capacities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Post-secondary degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Sound understanding of speech language therapy among children and youth
- Ability to identify goals and establish appropriate treatment plans
- Effective communication and education skills
