Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and train a team of employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating performance.
- 5+ years of experience in a dairy plant management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English.
