Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Operations: Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and services to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
