About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Plant Manager to join our team at Yoveggies Dairy Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dairy plant, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and train a team of employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets and oversee daily operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a dairy production or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
