Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure our team is meeting our high standards
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the right products at the right time
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect our customers and employees
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a positive experience
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
