Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers in the province of Quebec, with a focus on the Greater Montréal region.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory and develop strategic plans to grow sales revenue.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Prospecting: Utilize innovative selling techniques and product knowledge to grow business and identify new sales opportunities.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a commercial sales or account management role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data network, Internet, Cloud, and wireless services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Language Skills: Bilingualism is required, with a good knowledge of English and French.
