About the Role

As a Commercial Account Manager at Softchoice, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and professional brand in the technology field. You will be responsible for the day-to-day account management of our customers, partnering and supporting Field Account Executives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and diversify customer portfolios
  • Develop and grow sales skills
  • Partner with Field Account Executives to deliver customer solutions
  • Help customers choose from multiple contracts and purchasing options
  • Find unique approaches to hitting sales goals
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales, retail, or account management experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Requirement to follow a USA holiday schedule
