About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers in the province of Quebec, with a focus on the Greater Montréal region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow business with existing and new customers, leveraging our suite of wireline, wireless, and Advanced Business Solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for prospecting and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Rogers Communications with a positive and professional attitude, maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to protect and grow our customer base, ensuring maximum sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a commercial sales or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of data network, Internet, Cloud, and wireless services, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a good knowledge of English required for regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
