We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at East India Company Restaurant Ottawa West. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to expand to 5-10 people.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
