Responsibilities- Prepare technical publications in electronic or hard copy format, utilizing markup languages such as SGML, HTML, or XML.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate technical information for use in Operation and Maintenance Manuals and other types of Technical Publications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Managers, Engineers, QA, and fellow Technical Writers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that technical data reflects the latest system/equipment configuration.
- Post-secondary education required, preferably in a technical writing capacity or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in the use of software platforms used in Technical Publication creation, such as Adobe Framemaker, InDesign, Arbortext Epic Editor, or comparable software.
- Ability to understand markup languages and proficient in PC tools and software applications.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management and experience in technical writing or comparable role preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
