Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and confirm details with attendees.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing and negotiating terms.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word, as well as electronic schedulers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
