Food Service Manager

MELT WICH FOOD CO. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure quality control standards are met in food and service
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Coordinate food order summaries for the chef
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- 3-4 people reporting to you
- Permanent position
- 36 hours per week
- English language proficiency
