Restaurant Manager Job Description

O & O SC Mayfield Common Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and ensure a smooth supply chain.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
