Restaurant Operations Manager

Banaadiri Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures to boost profits.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our customers.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to ensure that our restaurant remains competitive and profitable.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
