Job Overview
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role is perfect for individuals with 5+ years of retail management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and operating POS systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make data-driven decisions.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Area/District Managers to share market insights, product trends, and employee success stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store teams to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain store standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to minimize inventory shrink, manage operating expenses, and achieve divisional goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records related to applicants, new hires, payroll, coaching, and terminations.
  • Communicate regularly with Area/District Managers to share market information, product assortment needs, and employee successes and challenges.
