We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team of store leaders and associates in delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

About the Position

As a key member of our Store Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective store operations, strategies, and procedures. You will guide and develop team members to create memorable customer experiences while supporting the company's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing individual contributors and departments, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness.

You will be expected to maintain an understanding of the store consumer base and effectively communicate product needs to influence product assortment. Additionally, you will plan and direct day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards while fostering a positive environment for employees and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to meet customer experience expectations.
  • Inspire, educate, guide, and develop diverse associates and keyholders to meet growth plans and career paths.
  • Deliver on operating budgets and manage expense control within division guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy of all functions related to store operations, including Front and Back of House Operations.
  • Perform timely completion of recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.

You will be a strong communicator, regularly updating Area/District Managers on market information and employee successes and challenges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years functional experience.
  • Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, and various software packages.

Average salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
