Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Leadership Professional to lead our store team in delivering an engaging consumer experience, driving sales, and executing marketing directives. This individual will maintain a deep understanding of the store's consumer base, communicate product needs effectively, and develop diverse associates to achieve career and company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high levels of service and quality.
  • Inspire, educate, guide, and develop diverse associates and keyholders to meet short- and long-range growth plans/career paths within the store, field, and general office.
  • Deliver on operating budgets and manage expense control within division guidelines to deliver positive results and meet profitability expectations.
  • Ensure accuracy of all functions related to store operations, including Front and Back of House Operations.
  • Perform timely completion of all recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
  • Communicate regularly with Area/District Manager providing relevant market information and employee successes and challenges.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years functional experience.
  • Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness of the store.
  • Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and various software packages.

Salary Range: $65,300 - $87,100 per year
