Job Description

As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist at Microsoft, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our enterprise customers. You will work closely with our Strategic Account Executives to support the business of our customers, map business scenarios to the technical foundation, understand and translate customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrate resources in the customer's digital journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthesize and combine various business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning.
  • Apply expertise and thought leadership to identify and inform the development of Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical industry.
  • Provide account thought leadership, including information technology, business strategy knowledge, and technology landscape, and share best practices internally while providing coaching to subsidiary resources.
  • Create security thought leadership with the customer's executives using the Microsoft Security and Zero Trust narratives and engage TDM and BDM stakeholders to position security as a business enabler.
  • Leverage a broad knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer needs and drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
