The Opportunity
We're seeking a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You'll build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You'll have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

- High school education or equivalent
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required
A Day in the Life
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
- Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
- Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
- Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
- Administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $38,400.00 to $43,000.00, and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. HUB International Canada West ULC is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages, which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
