About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AROMATEARS ENTERPRISE LTD. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Manage Budget and Resources

Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.

Measure and Analyze Performance

Develop and implement metrics to measure marketing performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

Skills

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
