We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PLATINUM BLINDS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues.
About the Role:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year
- A permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week
- The opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
